Almost unanimously, the answer for that is adding “Seadek” or “Marine Mat”, which are two different brands of marine, soft rubber flooring products. These products are FAR superior to carpet, and are the way almost all boats are setup nowadays.
It’s easy to add these products to your boat, and you can get them in a variety of colors and designs, to fit any desire. (Search the group for “Seadek” and you will see all kinds of designs.)

They have mapped out almost every Vortex model, and can set you up with standard colors and designs, all the way to wild, your imagination is the limiting factor.
